Stunning movement and speed feeling !The composition works well for me. I would probably have considered to leave a bit more room on the right of the surfer and made him less dark (if ever it was possible...)

Well composed image and it is interesting to notice that it does not disturb to get no focussed point. A scene with high dynamics, where the viewer accepts a blurred motive.
