J'ai mis une semaine pour faire cette photo. J'ai essayé au crépuscule et à l'aube, mais l'animal était trop craintif. J'ai utilisé un piège photographique pour savoir exactement quand l'animal passait. En fait, il passait le matin vers 10h30, quand je prenais mon petit déjeuner.
J'y suis retourné deux matinées mettre un peu de viande dans un arbre. Le glouton a contourné mon affût et s'est arrêté plusieurs fois face à moi. Il ne pouvait pas me voir, mais j'ai arrêté de respirer et de bouger. Rassuré, il s'est dirigé vers l'affût et est monté sur l'arbre pendant plusieurs minutes. C'est un de mes plus beau souvenir animalier.

I took a week to make this picture. I tried the night and at dawn, but the animal was too suspicious. I used a camera trap to know exactly when the animal passed. In fact he passed the morning around 10:30 am, when I had breakfast.
I returned two mornings putting some meat in a tree. Wolverine bypassed my hide and stopped several times in front of me. He could not see me, but I stopped breathing and I did not move.
Reassured he walked to the hide and is mounted on the shaft for several minutes. This is one of my fondest memory of animal observation.
