heading to prayer
The Great Al Saleh Mosque in Sana'a, Yemen, is the largest mosque in the arab world. i got a glimpse of two men heading to evening prayers. it sybolizes the great friendship that exists between men in this ancient culture. their comfortability of proximity without their being suspicious motives is refreshing coming from a world where everything is increasingly seen to be suspect in the West.

oh, I did not know, the salah mosque is already finished...it was still a building site autumn 2007.
