    you need a photo-edit-software like photoshop, corell or sth like that ...

    there you would select the whole photo, draw a vertical guideline and rotate the photo til one of the vertical lines is parallel to the guide ...

    which editing software are you using?

    i think in this particular case it wouldn't hurt to rotate the photo 'til the lines are in levels ...
