Landscape around Viñales Valley
An excursion 1 1/2 hours drive west of Havana an amazing landscape was expecting us.
Viñales Valley is an outstanding karst landscape in which traditional methods of agriculture (notably tobacco-growing) have survived unchanged for several centuries. At present, the Valley is devoted to agriculture; its population of some 8,000 people are engaged mainly in growing tobacco, a crop which gives the best yields.

....ja....die Kalksteinhügel in Vinales...war wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis dort...besonders schön wenn morgens der Nebel noch im Tal lag....schöne Erinnerungen...VLG Benita
