I wasn't around for this vote. Only 5 pro on this? You've got to be kidding me. Fantastic perspective and idea. You got great tones too. Well, you would have gotten a pro from me.
A very quaint little house of prayer.
Will be back in Oz in a fortnight mate.
Not yet sure where I will go.
Well my friend. best wishes from the land of smiles.

Dear All
Thanks for your feedback! I'm trying to improve my B&W technique and in this pic tried to use high contrast ... I guess I'm not quite there, yet;-) Anyway, it's all very useful stuff for me to know.
@Patrick, thank you very much for the nomination! It's always a "buzz" to get voted in (or out) of the Gallery;-)
Cheers

Ciao Frank, I dont see Gallery either, even though it is a very good shot. I like the 'distorted' church, and of course I may be missing the point.

I am facinated by the title in combination with the image. Lust.. Is it lust for life and decadence ouside the restrictions of the religious ideologies of the church - freedom on the other side as you exit the gate...?
Or is it a lust for higher learning and spirituality found inside the protective walls of the church.. accessible only if you commit to entering through the gate...?
It's a classic image and best served as is, since none of these questions can be answered in black and white.
