The rich captain houses in Simi now passed to the posession of their descendands, most of them unable to provide a descent maintenance...Fortunately turism goes reasonably well in the island.

Of your two pictures of this place, this is the one that I prefer.Strong light picks out details and colours.
I can imagine it being a good place for tourists.
