Mikey - People Watching in Central Park

Mikey is a two year old Tibetan Terrier mix.
I was attracted to his great face - and the red bandana setting it off - as I was engaging in a favorite
New York activity, people- (and, obviously in this case doggie-) watching on a recent visit to Central Park.

On this summer-impersonating afternoon in early October, the plaza surrounding Bethesda Fountain
was full of New Yorkers and visitors enjoying this lovely spot, and Mikey seemed to be doing his own
share of people-watching in the park, as he alertly sat by his human, Allen.

Allen told me Mikey was a rescue doggie.
"He came into my life on September 9, 2017. through Wag Rescue Agency. Believe it or not, he was a street dog! As you saw, he is now a sweet and spunky loved pup! He loves playing tug of war and loves any type of attention possible. He wakes me every morning by lying on me and licking my face. I can't imagine life without him!"

I had to smile, for that's exactly how I feel about my Wookie ;-) (*)
