Pacific Northwest Moments - Sailing Downwind
My coming photos from the Pacific Northwest will hopefully give you a bit of an idea of what the Pacific Inside Waters and coastal landscape look like. This is not lake water ... it has ebb and flood and sometimes strong currents and often a lot of wind.
Most photos have been taken from the boat in motion.

It looks like it could be quite a bleak weather place with the moody clouds resting over the top of the mountains. Nice on a cosy boat if it is not too rough!Sally
