Due a special request of my Belinese friend who celebrate the Pagerwesi ceremony the day before yesterday. In the presence of my acquaintances friend Gek Suzan (at the middle in a green blouse I'm setting the following photos.
Pagerwesi is celebrated to glorify Ida Sanghyang Widhi Wasa with its manifestation as Sanghyang Pramesti Guru (God as the teacher of the universe). Pagerwesi is celebrated to contain philosophical symbols of faith,
Pagerwesi comes from the word Pager which means fence or protector, and Wesi which means iron.
