@Tiefenrausch: I will answer you by this question: When you are looking at an object closely do you look at an other object or at the background with the same eyes focus ?
Do this experiment: Put a small object in front of your eyes and try to look at the same time to an object at 30 cm behind. The object behind is out of focus and could maybe look in double. When you look specifically to the object behind, you have to change your eyes focus to look at it and the object in front is now out of focus.
A pretty fantastic 3D ! The picture at right is maybe a bit fuzzy but this is something that happened to me all the time before I used this little simple trick. The problem comes from the fact the focus is made separately by each of your two cameras (I guess you are using two separate cameras and not a dedicated stereo camera). The trick is to make the focus on the subject with each of your cameras and then take the shot (try to keep the focal distance between your camera and the subject otherwise the focus will change for this new distance).
