ragnarök, götterdämmerung, twilight of the gods: my first thoughts, not very antique greece, i'm afraid… ; ) but that huge and soft blanket of a storm cloud seemingly letting itself sink down on earth, and the ocean preparing to parry it with its own surge of a powerful undertow or maelstrom – ah, so moodily apocalyptical and worthy of an entrance of the gods… very epically powerful, alexander! greetings, sabine. p.s.: love the patch of light on the horizon, and how the pier looks like a fortress or some mighty stairs leading into the water.

There is still darkness in the sky and the sea, but over the horizon the dawn is spreading her glorious light ready to start a new day. The light on the water as it slides up and down the beach is excellent.
A beautiful scene.
