Well, Urszula, provided everybody refers to a relevant horror film, I would increase the list by reminding the famous "Shining" by S.Kiubrick, although the original setting was enough spooky and creepy by itself...
Your monochrome photo is excellent with good shadows and well detailed highlights to show the sense of bareness and desertion of the building.

dark tones, mysterious reflections, long shadows .... they all add to the creepy mood in your image - and I am thinking of "one flew over the cookoo's nest" .

This was shot at the right time of day, with long projecting shadows from the trees.
Reminds me of early 20th century barbaric handling of defensless human beings, lobotomies and wild experiments...
