Mmmm... if I may sugest: including the part of the face (instead of the tip of the nose) would make it much stronger. There is NOTHING so expressive as the human face. The roof to the left is distracting too much, hence, experimenting with vantage points could improve the photo. Also, I believe, including more of the light glove would make it even better (camera up a bit more).
