Red kite overhead
The kite is gliding effortlessly after a short quarrel with a carrion crow over a dead fish which I failed to shoot properly. By the time I raised my eyes from the European serin I had observed hopping around in the grass and until the autofocus finished hunting back and forth the show was over. Hard luck!
