Did a wee bit of research into Birkenstock footwear before commenting. As an advert for the brand and it's durability you have the buckle and name in focus and therefore ideal for advertisement or front page of a catalogue. The natural wood, jungle-like fauna and whole back to nature theme of the photo, seems to echo the company's ethos and philosophy.

Besides that and ignoring the branding crap... you have a photo that creates a realxed, leasurly, sitting-on-the-verandah, I-have-my-legs-curled-up-on the-wicker-chair-while-eating-strawberry-ice-cream, at-peace-with-the-world, kick-your-shoes-off (or) we're-inside-making-love... atmosphere to it.

Or you might be if you weren't taking photographs.... lol
