      Well - that is very kind of you to say.
      I think you are more of a photographer of people/society/culture.
      Yes, I love nature , and light is a blessing.
      This place - Bywell - is an old, now-deserted village.
      With two old churches , and , practically, no houses left in what used to be a village.
      The one famous story about Bywell is as follows ;
      Bywell was the epicentre of a great river flood on the River Tyne in 1771. The river has never been as high as it was then - and it has been calculated that the flow of the river during the flood was the largest  that has ever been calculated for any river in England.
      Newspaper accounts at the time tell of a baby in a cradle that was swept down the river but was rescued just before the sea, 25 miles downstream.
      I believe the baby was from Bywell - but I cannot verify that.
      Mark.
