Standing At The Top
Taken with a Nikon D-200 camera with a Nikon 80-400mm lense at a focal length of 400 sec, shutter speed of 1/25 sec, aperture of F/16 without a tripod.
This was taken in Florida at the Butterfly World. You were not allowed to use a tripod so all shots were hand held. This is one of the most beautiful butterfly places I have ever been in. The variety was wonderful, but I wish I could have used my monopod or tripod for much better close up shots. I will need to figure another way to get the shots in future visits.

Thank you all for the comments and information.Neil, I will definate look into this as this is not the first time I have gone into such a place and was unable to use a tripod, and I really hate that as I use a tripod 95% + of the time with my macro shots.

A nice striking image. Maybe you could invest in the SLIK? shoulder pod, makes into a small tripod or doubles as a rifle-grip. I have one but cannot find it at the moment, it is hidden in the Garage. You could try something like the GoPod.http://www.adorama.com/LHGP100.html
