Stepantsminda, Georgia
Stepanzminda is a small town (limited town rights with market rights) in the Mzcheta-Mtianeti region in northern Georgia. The town is situated at 1700 m on the river Terek and at the eastern foot of the 5047 m high mountain Kasbek in the Great Caucasus. The historic Georgian Army Road, which connects Georgia with Russia, runs through the town.
