    Hello,Thank you so much for your comment.
    This building is, a symbolic of the university,built in the middle of a huge pond. We call " Hall of Fame for the King Rama VII ". Inside,it's museum ,shows many king's personal properties .The name of the University is came from the originally name of His Majesty the King.
