The Black Viened White, Aporia crataegi
This butterfly is native to Denmark but is only distributed in Jutland, so I went to Sweden, Øland to photograph it. English research has shown that populations fluctuate similarr to solar spot eruptions and have periodic climaxes at 11,3 years. I understand that populations in Germany are also alternating.
