The tug boats that work the port of Cleveland Ohio and Lake Erie are named after states that make up the USA.

The front of the tug boat sits up higher out of the water so that it can push against the cargo ship to maneuver it into position, the back of the tug sits lower so the rail has a natural angle to it making the image look like it is not level in the image.
