watching the waves rock the ship through one's cabin window, while being completely at the mercy of the captain's maneuvering skills: it makes my stomach turn somersaults in sympathy just thinking of the situation! but i guess for an "old sailing sea dog" ; )) like yourself, adele*, this was probably just pure blissful fun! the visible rolling motion of the wave – so very dizzyingly dynamic! for me the most exciting of your monthly "water" pictures so far! hugs, sabine. p.s.: the seascapes by william turner come to mind…
