@Anastasya: This is the logo of the Valencia University, the third city of Spain (in which I work).
The University is five centuries old and the personage represented in this statue is Joan Lluís Vives, one of his first students and a famous European humanist, follower of Erasmus of Rotterdam, tutor of princess Mary of England (daughter of Henry VIII), etc....
