The view here is from the expansive train shed into the afternoon light-bathed main waiting room.(*)

Hoboken Terminal is genuinely - and extensively - multi-modal, as passengers arriving by train, light rail, or bus if seeking to continue on to Manhattan can simply cross through the classic waiting room to the ferry terminal portion for the trip across the Hudson...or go downstairs to the PATH station for a speedy trip under the river.

And, for any fellow train travel romantics, we have a couple embracing by the archway to the ferry terminal.
