Hey there. Nicely captured. Looks like a very emotional and interesting place.

i agree with wayne, you can feel the sorrow in this image peta.
love the sun playing through the whole image.
great tones and DOF is nice i think with the gate focused on and not the woman , as she is weeping and there is that distance about her.
    just beautiful Peta.

Thankyou all for your kind comments:
@Abdul & Rob: I guess the whole point of the title was to play with that idea of what we focus on_both in photography and in life_without being to philosophical_it was about removal, in a sense...

There is beauty in sadness -
the woman's tears reminds us, always,
that life is but a moment ...
    Your friend to the north

Nicely composed Peta. Perhaps as Abdul has suggested, the focus might have been on the statue to left and not on the fence. Well done anyway. Ask Jaime how you would have done this..she'll know..Cheers..Rob

Very Nice pic, great utilization of lgiht. I think this is a graveyard.
Bit confused. Title focused on Woman, but camera focused on fence.

The alignment you have set up is wonderful with the fence. I love the color!
