This image tells a story.
The irony: Gorgeous girl, in a run down decayed part of the city.
The story: "A Lady Of The Night", waiting to get picked up by a customer for a good time.

The very short, see - thru, red dress, stands out in an otherwise bland scene of black, and white, as if to say...."Red Light District".
