these women make their living by doing gözleme (a special kind of traditional Turkish pastry) on the front window of a busy kebab-house along the day. They surely can do it inside, in the kitchen, but the boss wants to use them as window mannequins to show how it's made etc. to call attention to the place. Shop-window is decorated as if they are in a country kitchen...
