thanks for your comment. glad you like it.
Original photo was my analog photo from 1981. I scanned it and then edit it in Photoshop. First I made duplicate layer. Then on that new layer I use Fractalius add in filter and apply it on whole photo. After that I use layer mask on new layer and remove effect of fractalius on part where I don't want it and leave fractalius effect only on parts of photo that I want. Finaly I flatten two layers to get final result that you can see on photo.
