. There are some photos of that place with the industry from last year.
It was a wonderful sunset o that evening but the chimney was disturbing. That is why I called it "Industriekultur Ruhr" - meaning something like industrial culture "Ruhr".

By the way - the chimney is not illuminated anymore. The power plant was shut down at the end of last year and is beeing demolished right now. The first (illuminated) chimney will disappear soon, the second one won't. It belongs to a pretty new power plant running since ca. 10 years.
