Greece
Aegean Sea
island of Nisiros
Mandraki is the"capital" site in Nisiros. Tiny little streets each one delivering a separate interesting scene to your eyes, inummerable...old curiosity little shops and cafes and tavernas piled up along a picturesque pier where one could relax cocking the ear to the splashing waves and stretching the eye to the open sea.
At the east end of this pier a little nook was formed, the one seen in the photo, that from the first moment became my favorite point of rest and relax. From there started a path(seen on the left) leading either up to the monastery or down to one of the beaches. And just few steps away there was a small taverna with anything to taste....

Terrific view framed by the buildings on the left and the right, leading the eye out at sea to the far island with that little spot of light on it. Compliments, Alex, great photo work!greetings, Jost

Again a wonderfu landscape picture; only one question I would have: how do these photos look like with a clear sky without graniness? I could imagine that this was also amazing! Looking forward to next great pictures from a wonderful area, Martina.
