Laser Unit of CD-ROM-Drive

the picture shows the Laser unit of the CD-ROM drive my Laptop. I took the picture to evaluate the optical capabilty of the AF20-80 lens working together with screwed-on macro lenses. I used a 4 dioptre together with a 3 dioptre and a 2dioptre = 9 dioptres in total. I'am suprised at the quality of the picture. There are no significant fragmenting in the edges and a acceptable sharpness is given.
