A Frog A Day Keeps the Doctor Away

A native of the area has been catching frogs all her life. As her favorite pass time now as a widower, She gets joy helping to feed others that need a little bit more to balance their diet as prices rise and more immigrants come into the country needing food. The method of catching frogs is by putting a small frog on the end of the line. A bigger frog will always come up to feed being that frogs are all carnivores, the possibility of feeding on the smaller is common. Frogs also are apart of the ecosystem of rice growing which allow a lot of Italian rice to be organic. Frogs also eat bugs that can plague the rice plant if not controlled naturally. The locals make sure they don't over harvest frogs. Just a single pole and one line with one small frog is needed.
