we don't really see his eyes, so we can't be sure that he's keepin an eye on his surroundings and the photographer shooting in his comfort zone ; ). i doubt it, though: he's probably done it like that for donkey's years ; )), and there's probably security guards patroling the place, so he can be sure he and his earnings are safe and count them openly, with one foot resting on the desk in an ambiguous gesture of both casual comfort and pride! greetings, sabine.
