This one is a very good example of the capacity of natural framing for improving the quality of a landscape photograph. To focus on the leaves brings more softness into the colours and shades in the background and it will help the view to go back and forth. In my personal view, should have decided whether to use the shadows to create a more massive frame or delicate frame. Since the foreground below is quite narrow, I would recommand to cut on the left and right side, to make it more delicate there as well. By doing so you will get rid of the lens flare on the left side and the dark triangle on this side will be reduced as well. Both (massive and delicate) are fine, but be careful to have a consistent impression on all sides.
