Seabus + Seaplane, Vancouver

An Ektachrome travel memory...

In the golden late afternoon light of an inviting late summer's day, a Seabus ferry crosses the harbor while,
above, a seaplane makes a steep descent over the forested mountains of North Vancouver for its water landing.

a great view of North Vancouver and the mountains and of
course our great seabus connecting Vancouver to the other
shore ... I do like the analog quality and your well done
    scanning ... I was a Fujichrome 100 user :-)))))
    warm regards,
    Adele

Thank you, Adele! So nice to rediscover these Vancouver moments via the Nikon scanner. And I share your love of Fujichrome-100 (and F-50!). Still have some F-100 and 400 in the freezer, just waiting for the right moments and motifs ;-)

Heart-warming, to read about Ektachrome :-)
I used it mostly traveling in the States.

Thanks, Matthias - Happy we shared that enjoyment. Let's hope Kodak Alaris does a super job with the promised and much anticipated new incarnation of Ektachrome! There are some more Ektachromes, including the finer grained 100 and 200 stocks, in my Vancouver images.
