I think this one is just right - correct shutter, Nice, not overdone colors, and just at the edge of burning out the white spots - good done!

Now if you are going to use slow shutter speed to photograph watter then THIS is how it SHOULD be done. You have caught the element at its moving best without making it look like a creamery is discharging waste into the river.
