The Fury of A Storm

Well I think there is something really going on up in the Arctic Circle. BUt this is shot is 20 miles south in the north west corner of Iceland. I can say I was finally knocked off my feet and blow 20 feet before hitting the ground. The sound of the wind still have my ears ringing and the beach is volcanic rock that is wet becomes slippery.. I shot this with my IR d70. Once I crawled literally back in the car It was into to the gale winds for two hours

I'n in a small fishing town to night and I can see people playing soccer in the wind and rain. Go figure. Iceland is fun

a tsunami of clouds clashing with the rocks, forever trying to resolve an argument that has been going on for eons. a primeval fight watched by a spellbound human, camera at the ready: "ah, let him take his pictures! why should i crush him? why should i even care! i'm nature!!! he's… man. it's ridiculous really!" she* sneers and then rages on! ; )) greetings, sabine.

    *nature ; ))
