Let This be A Lesson

A young girl thought she could side step her homework without her mother finding out. At a bus stop in the Himalayas the mother finds out from another girl when her daughter was confronted with the homework assignment she didn't do.

The thought of a child here that must compete to have a chance at a better life unlike her mother that spends the cay on a mountain side harvesting. Swish went her mother's hand square on her daughter's bottom.

I guess we can all remember a day when we thought we could fool the adults as children. hmmmm.

Getting the youth conformed and educated is a full time task for all parents and society. A great shot of this scene.

Oh yes! That brings back memories... I wish to think that I never tried to fool the adults but I'm afraid that this is not the truth. Still remember the feeling when you got caught, not so much the slap but the shame.
Great image and a lot of food for thought.
    Greetings, Sabine

His child is not easy, mother often be damn hard, because you mostly not rational reacts as probably here in this case also. You hold a mirror in front of the eyes of some parents ..

Been there, done that. I guess even in the Himalayas you have to wear a ID badge around your neck.

That is eternal problem! When we are younger 10 we think that we are more clever than our parents :-))) After 20 we know that our parents still are more clever than we!
Great moment of truth when the secret is out:-))) And punishment is right here:-)))
And your magical possibility to be at a right place at a right time!
    Regards
